This Privacy Policy explains how GINIOS, a brand of Social Lead Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, purchase Product Architect, or use the tool. By using our site or purchasing our product, you agree to the practices described here.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with the following service providers, each acting on our behalf to run the business:

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Reddit Pixel, to remember your session, measure which ads and pages lead to a purchase, and, where applicable, show you relevant ads on other platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect site functionality. No cookie-consent banner tool is currently installed on this site; EU/UK visitors should adjust browser cookie settings before browsing if they wish to opt out of non-essential cookies.
If you provide your email at checkout or via an opt-in form, we may send you transactional emails (always) and marketing emails about related offers, where permitted by law or by your opt-in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or by emailing support@ginios.com and asking to be removed.

Our legal basis for processing is (a) performance of a contract when you purchase the Product, (b) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business and measuring advertising, and (c) your consent where required, such as for marketing emails or non-essential cookies.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, as those terms are defined under California law, which for us primarily concerns data shared with advertising platforms like Meta and Reddit for ad measurement and targeting. We do not sell personal information for money.
Email support@ginios.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you would like: access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt-out. We will verify your identity using the email address on your account and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically 30 days, or 45 days for CCPA/CPRA requests.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to deliver the Product, provide support, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data except where we are required to retain it, for example transaction records needed for tax or accounting purposes.
The Product is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
We and our service providers (Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare, Meta, Reddit) may process and store your information in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and rely on providers (Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare) that maintain their own security standards, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
