These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Product Architect (the "Product"), a digital tool and service offered by GINIOS, a brand of Social Lead Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Product, you ("you," "the Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
Product Architect is a one-time purchase of $27 USD. It unlocks access to an AI-assisted tool that takes your inputs, your knowledge, your topic, and your preferences, and generates a finished, downloadable digital product as a PDF: a step-by-step playbook, a guided workbook, or a self-assessment scorecard, depending on the option you choose. Delivery is fully digital. There is no physical shipment. This is a single, one-time charge. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product Architect tool for its intended purpose: generating digital products from your own inputs. This license does not include the right to resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise make the tool itself available to any third party, and does not give you any right to our underlying software, prompts, templates, or source code.
This is the core promise of the Product: you own the digital product you generate. Any playbook, workbook, scorecard, or other output you create using Product Architect, and the final PDF delivered to you, is yours. You may use it, edit it, publish it, and sell it commercially, under your own name or brand, without any royalty, revenue share, attribution requirement, or further license from us. We claim no ownership interest in your generated output.
This ownership grant applies only to the specific output you generate. It does not extend to the Product Architect tool itself, our software, prompts, templates, or brand, all of which remain our property.

Product Architect uses artificial intelligence to help generate your digital product. You understand and agree that:
Your one-time $27 purchase includes a set number of credits, as stated on the sales page at the time of your purchase, that are consumed as you use the tool to generate output. Unused credits carry no cash value and are not separately redeemable, except as covered under our Refund Policy. If you use all included credits, you may have the option to purchase additional credits at a price disclosed to you at the time of that separate purchase. Additional credit purchases are a separate transaction and are never required to use what you already bought.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not receive, see, or store your full card number; Stripe handles all card data directly under its own security standards and terms.

Product Architect and any content it generates is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship between you and us.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Product and any output generated through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Product. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Product will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your use of the Product, your generated output, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update, improve, or change features of the Product over time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
