Refund Policy

Product Architect is covered by a straightforward, 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

1. The Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase date, email us and we will refund you in full. No forms, no explanation required, no runaround.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@ginios.com with the email address you used at checkout and the words "Refund Request" in the subject line. That's it, no additional steps or proof of dissatisfaction needed.

3. Timeline

We aim to confirm and process every refund request within 2-3 business days of receiving your email. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date. Requests made after the 30-day window will be reviewed at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

5. What Gets Refunded

Your full $27 purchase price is refunded. If you separately purchased additional credits at a later date, that is its own transaction and is covered under its own 30-day window, measured from the date of that purchase.

6. One-Time Purchase, Nothing to Cancel

Product Architect is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge to cancel. A refund fully closes out your purchase.
